Favorite ThingsThe little ones want to share some of their favorite things. Books: My Many Colored Days by Dr. Seuss (but not illustrated by him). On the basis of this book, we think Dr. Seuss must have had multiple personalities. It certainly makes us feel it is ok to be the way we are. If... by Sarah Perry (copublished by the Getty Museum and Children's Library Press). Sarah Perry has painted pictures of what it would look like if frogs ate rainbows or dogs were mountains or the moon was square or worms had wheels. Things to Do: Go to the zoo. I don't think our zoo in Greenville, SC, is on the web yet, but you can find a lot of animal pictures by checking: ZooNet Image Archives. You can find zoos from the home page of the American Zoo and Aquarium Association Color in a coloring book. Catch snowflakes on your tongue (yes, it sometimes snows in South Carolina).
