Embrace When You Feel Good
When I am anxious, sometimes it is very difficult for me to do a lot of productive things. While I don’t necessarily think that’s a bad thing, as taking care of one’s mental health should always take priority, in hindsight, it can be easy to regret the time you had to take away from your passions to better look after yourself.
Take Advantage When You Feel Good
That being said, if you’re feeling well enough to put your all into what you really care about, take advantage of it as much as you can, as you never know when you’ll have to focus primarily on yourself. This video touches on that.

This is beautiful and brings up so many good points. Sometimes, it can be easy for us to accidentally take for granted when we feel good. We don't allow ourselves to really sink and steep into them as we do during the other times. The beauty of embracing when we feel good is that it sort of imprints it that much more into our brains and our memories. When we find ourselves in a less-than-feeling-good place, we can bring our awareness to these other moments and draw from that energy.
