Learning the practice of presence will help you live your best life. The practice of presence helps you enjoy your life as you live it and keeps you from getting sucked in to the pursuit of perfection.

There Are Many Reasons to Practice Presence

There are many reasons to be present, but for many of us, the practice of presence can be hard. I’ve have found three steps that help me stay present in the activities in which I find the most happiness. Those steps are outlined in the video below.

Practice of Presence Can Enhance Happiness

Can the practice of presence help you become happier? Try these three steps to find out if the practice of presence can help you live a blissful life.

Finding happiness is a pursuit that never ends because life is dynamic, not static. It’s important that we know how to be fully present in those moments when we do find happiness. Getting into the present moment can be tough. My hope is that the three steps in this video will make the practice of presence as routine in your life as brushing your teeth.
